Delivery
Shipping
I am currently only posting to mainland UK. However, I will consider orders where customers want to use parcel forwarding services to place their orders but once the order is delivered to the parcel forwarding company’s UK address, I will not be held responsible for damaged or lost items.
Your order will be sent with Royal Mail or a similiar postal service using their Tracked service to ensure safe delivery. Postage and packaging costs are added at checkout, and vary based on the size and quantity of item(s) you are purchasing. I will process orders as quickly as I can, and unless otherewise stated will endeavour for you to receive your order within 7 working days of purchase. If you haven’t received your item after 7 working days, please contact me.
Local Collection
If you live locally and would like to collect your order from Court End Creations (postcode: GL4 8DP), please send me an email immediately after placing your order and I will refund your postage costs. We can then arrange a collection time to suit.
Returns
Damages
If your item arrives damaged then please let me know as soon as possible via email with any photos of damage to the packaging and the item and we can discuss the best solution.

Unwanted Purchases
Should you wish to return an item, you must let me know via email within 14 days of the delivery date, and you will be responsible for the tracked shipping costs incurred by returning the item. Please use a trackable shipping service to ensure the shipping insurance covers the cost of the item should it go missing or get damaged in transit. Once I have received your return and checked that it is in the same condition as when it was sent, I will issue you with a refund, excluding all delivery costs. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. I will also send an email to confirm receipt of the item and the refund.
Commissions
Only items sold through Court End Creations website are eligible for a refund. If you have bought artwork from me in-person, or commissioned a custom piece, then it cannot be refunded.
